So after my astonishing and amazing feat last week of a 5lb loss I fell off the wagon this week. It's been 10 days since I have been to the gym and I have gained back 1.5 lbs. I am still eating well for the most part (p.s. Skinny Cow dippers are phenomenal!), but my activity level is at a zero. It was a really busy week, between my cousin-in-laws birthday trip we take every year, my mother's birthday weekend at my b-diddle's mom's house, work, and school the time that I had left at the end of the day I was waaaaaay to EXHAUSTED! I know, I know, you are supposed to schedule working out as part of your day, but really?
Having some financial difficulties this week. I go through phases of things in my life I obsess about. This week its how poor I am, HA!
