When I AM healthy and I AM going to the gym I keep upping my jogging time. I'm usually walking on the treadmill mostly, but I started by jogging for 2 mins. at the end of my hour walking, and now I'm at like 4.5mins. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it feels like a lot. So hopefully i can run the 5k during the Twin Cities Marathon next month.
I went to the state fair, but opted out of the haunted house. But not because I was scared, because I kind of forgot and ran out of money.
