Dinner and Wedanceday

So I cooked the dinner that I had been dreaming about since my trip to Target today, and after I sat down and started eating it hit me, "Take a picture!" So, I took one, not a very good one, but I took one. Proud?
For dinner I had a lot of Pineapple, and the rest of my grapes, 2 Morningstar Mushroom Lover's Veggie Burgers on a whole wheat Arnold Sandwich Thin, with ketchup, beefsteak tomato slices, and iceberg lettuce. I. Am. Stuffed. So good.

I snacked on a scoop of Trader Joe's Soy Dream "Ice Cream" with blueberries and chocolate sauce earlier (no pic). Right now I am craving some Tazo Green tea (again).

But I wanted to mention that I have had some trouble finding Chobani greek yogurt in my area, which, yes, I live in the midwest but Minneapolis is no slouch half-ass city. We is a Metropolis, and I was baffled to not be able to find it after reading rave reviews on so many blogs. But today is a new day, and I FOUND some (at Target)!! YAY!! I am dying to try it, I just bought one because I have had less than stellar experiences with greek yogurt, but it's one of those things that I want to love so we will see. I bought strawberry low-fat. Cross your fingers for me.

Ooo, ooo, ooo!!! I also got Stonyfield smoothie drink thingers. Excited for these as well.

Seriously people, I love yogurt. I could eat it everyday. With berries, granola, on fruit salad, or right out the container. Love love love it. But I am not a fan of plain ol' unflavored greek yogurt. I don't like the texture, at least the brands I have tried (ahem-TJ's, and Roundy's) have a weird sort of mealy texture, and it coats my tongue, gross. I like to put it in stuff when I am baking, and cooking ect. but I can't just eat it. So I stick to Stonyfield. But I am ready to try Chobani, I'll let you know how it goes!

For now, I'm watching "So You Think You Can Dance"!

What is your favorite "health" food?
