Holy New Layout!

Good Morning Blogworld!

I logged on tonight surprised to see a new layout on my little blog. I had totally forgotten I had redesigned it last week. And I still like it! That is very good news!

I apologize for my absence I had a very crazy weekend. Lots of work, errands, friends, and no exercise-quick recap:

Thursday: Babysat two of my nieces, went swimming, caught up with old and new friends over wine. I ate pretty healthfully all day because I knew I would be boozing my buddies later that night. Exercise: 30 minute jog/walk on treadmill, 10 minutes on elliptical.

Friday: Hungover. Yeah, I boozed too much Thurs. night and gorged on hangover food until I had to work. Juicy Lucy from the 5-8 Club, with fries and fried mushrooms with blue cheese dressing, and lots of water. And then work.

Saturday: I don't really remember what I ate this day, it was kind of a blur. I ended up working a double and was exhausted still from Thursday and working the night before. After work I had to go check on my friend's mother's animals as I was supposed to be house/petsitting, and then went back home and took a nap for 3.5 hours before getting up for work.

Sunday: Worked the morning shift after no sleep, snacked on fruit and an iced coffee for breakfast. Once I got home later that evening I was planning on hitting the gym but I was waaaay to tired. I cleaned, did some laundry, and then went to Lund's to buy some junk food for dinner. We had deli fried chicken, mac n cheese, and brie and crackers.

Monday: No breakfast. Lunch was leftover chicken, salad, cheese and crackers. Work. One bite of chicken stir fry with noodles, 2 bites of chicken wild rice soup, and cornbread. I did 30 minutes of cardio with Gilar before work, after the weekend I was feeling like a fatty fatty 2 by 4.

Today... well Tuesday I didn't have to work, and I was so tired from the weekend I did little more than veg on the couch all day... oh and took a nap. I was up early this morning to babysit, had tomato, sauteed spinach w/ parmesan, a poached egg and prosciutto for breakfast, lunch was a McChicken and fries (this is what happens when i leave my boo in charge of meals), dinner was a little leftover fried rice, leftover brie and crackers, and a Hansen's pop. 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing, and 30 minutes of strength training with Gilad.

This has been a lot to read, so I'm calling this done. Goodnight or Good Morning!! See you in the a.m.!
